Venezuela is worse than ever—when will it stop?

27.02.20. This blog has covered many times the struggles of the people of Venezuela under President Nicolas Maduro who appears not at all concerned about the condition of his people and the country. Venezuela is  grappling with a political, economic and a massive humanitarian crisis with its health care system crumbling. Shortages of doctors who earn $10 per month or less, lack of drugs, power and clean water have caused illness and epidemics. Families suffering the consequences no longer trust the country’s disintegrating medical infrastructure or political regime to save them. The US has been watching the unfolding mess and observers are wondering what it takes before intervention on a human rights initiative? PBS special correspondent Marcia Biggs reports on Venezuela’s health care catastrophe.

Back in the late 50s the Central Idiots Agency of the US government began intervening in the southern Americas when a country would elect a socialist government. Rather than let these socialists fail and be a lesson to other nations there, the cia intervened by arming the militaries and turning the militaries against their own people. So now people want the US to intervene. Tjhis would be a grave mistake. The V military would fade into the civilian background. And the US would spend billions it doesn’t have into an endless cesspool. No doubt the interveners are oil based people who see the takeover of V’s oil wells. If the current situation is allowed to run its natural course the people of other Americas countries will not be so inclined to vote in socialist governments. Let the current situation go to its end conclusion and the democrats will then see, along with knowledgeable westerners that these types of governments do NOT work.

Venezuelans are suffering because of the ongoing blockades, frozen bank accounts, embargoes and five attempted coups last year engineered by self-proclaimed President Juan Guaido the favored son of the US, CIA, oil cartels and all and sundry who are desirous of access to the largest known oil reserves on this planet.

The Venezuelan government booted out CIA operatives organizing the overthrow of the democratically elected government, operating from the US embassy operating under the guise of diplomats last year. Refers: https://www.salon.com/2019/02/01/cia-in-venezuela-7-rules-for-regime-change_partner/

The Russians present an obstacle to the overthrow of the democratically elected President and government of Venezuela as they have ‘assets’ on the ground there, whilst flying in medicines and essentials. Much of the so called poverty is ‘staged’ by those who wish to paint a picture of economic collapse, a collapse directly as a result of the embargo’s placed upon Venezuela.

Self-proclaimed President Juan Guaido is a known criminal who has relieved the aid agencies of millions (refers: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/06/19/venezuela-opposition-leader-juan-guaido-pressure-alleged-misappropriation/ ) whilst organizing mercenaries training along the Colombian border with Venezuela to attack the Venezuelan government for a coup. The peace is held by the Russian presence of military assets.

The situation in Venezuela is purely and simply about OIL, if there were no oil there would be no interest by the US and the world oil cartels.

All this sounds so, so familiar to many other US engineered coups in South American countries, does the murder of Salvador Allende in Chile 1973 ring any bells?

How right you are Lorraine, particularly in respect to Australia, socialism in top gear, or more correctly, Communism in top gear.

The Reds may have been under the beds years ago, however, they now reside in our parliaments, universities, media and government departments including departments of education, in particular.
