No, no-go areas in Australia—think again!

We are told that no-go-areas in Australia are a myth.

Deputy Police Commissioner Catherine Burn, head of the state’s counter-terrorism unit, said there were no European-style no-go areas in Sydney. “We police every street in every town and suburb without fear or favour,’’ she said yesterday. 25/3/16.
Sunrise: 22/5/18. Paramedics in Victoria have been given a list of ‘no go zones’ to keep them away from potential attackers. It features 200 addresses where ambulance crews could be at risk and some homes where they shouldn’t go without Police.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a clear example of a stuttering, spluttering, “Mr Plod” exceeding his authority.
Clearly, the woman was allowed by law to walk the street.
He was sh*t scared the rag-heads would form a lawless mob and beat or injure (or worse) the woman and her group.
So he blamed HER for “potentially” causing a “breach of the peace”.
She nailed it when she said it is “conquered land”.

Mr Plod in Victoria answers to Daniel Andrews and only Daniel Andrews, the plot is lost when the investigation is hindered by PC and lies. The public have a laugh ,when told there are no black gangs .Mirth is not going to win the wars. Law and order as we knew it ,is no more.

Or maybe Mr Plod answers to whoever the most threatening thugs are. His argument that her presence in a public place may cause an incident is a surrender to criminals. Notice he had no hesitation in telling her to stop videoing him. That’s because she is a compliant white Caucasian. The thugs have educated the police to leave them alone.

While he may have had no hesitation in telling her to stop filming him or other members of the police he has no right or authority to prevent it from happening.

        This from http://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au
“Although police in NSW may try to prevent members of the public filming them, they have no legal right to do so unless the filming results in police being hindered from doing their job.

Police have no legal power to prevent members of the public videoing them, as long as they are in a public place and are not hindering police in the execution of their duty.

In addition to this, police are not allowed to confiscate cameras and recording equipment, delete images or request that the members of the public delete images on their behalf; unless they have a lawful reason to do so eg to preserve evidence of a crime, in which case police are not permitted to delete the footage.

The NSW Police media policy says “members of the public have the right to take photographs or film police officers which are observable from a public space or from a privately owned place with the consent of the owner or occupier…”

If a police officer attempts to forcibly confiscate your camera or recording equipment, they could potentially be charged with assault, face civil proceedings for trespass to person or property, or even be charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice if they destroy relevant evidence.”

So that particular Plod can stick it where the sun don’t shine.

Why would anyone want to listen to Catherine Burn? She is one of the worst examples of the rot at the top of the tree. Notice that you don’t hear a lot of her these days? Must have been told to pull her head in and stop telling porkies.

Back in the early ’70s before I got rich and moved away, I lived in Punchbowl right near Roselands. Recently I went back there after many, many years and did not recognize it, I thought I was in a suburb of Beirut, you really could play spot the Aussie. If Punchbowl is not a Muslim enclave then I am a monkey’s uncle, there really are no go zones in Australia. Perhaps the blindness of Catherine Burns may be one reason of many that she was overlooked for the commissioner’s job, at least she is no longer in the force.

These “Constable Plods” are becoming the norm. Just try to impose their will on others who are acting perfectly legally. I wish that woman had walked to the mosque, just to see what Plod would do!

Lauren discusses her Lakemba adventure with Stefan Molyneux.

In the first couple of minutes they comment on all the other media who showed up to watch. ‘Just a coincidence we’re here, really!’
