More fully vaccinated in NSW hospitals than unvaccinated!

14.01.22.  This story had to go all the way to the Northern Hemisphere before boomeranging back to Australia. Ah, yes, the advantages of our digital times—if you press the right buttons—or bother to seek out important sources, such as that little secret in the image, information of worth goes missing from the news cycle.
For the first time, New South Wales (NSW) has seen more fully vaccinated patients hospitalised with COVID-19 compared to the number of unvaccinated patients as the Omicron outbreak continues to edge toward its peak. Data published by the NSW government’s COVID-19 Critical Intelligence Unit has revealed that as of Jan. 9, 68.9 percent of COVID-19 patients aged 12 and over in hospitals had two doses of the vaccine, with 28.8 percent unvaccinated.

Fully Vaccinated Australians In Hospital For COVID-19 Surpass Unvaccinated

The number of double-dose vaccinated patients in intensive care units (ICUs) also surpassed those of the unvaccinated, with 50.3 percent of the vaccinated presenting to ICU with COVID-19, more than the 49.1 percent who are unvaccinated.
However, based on the data presented, unvaccinated individuals appear to be six times more likely to be hospitalised and nearly 13 times more likely to be sent to ICU than those who are fully vaccinated.
This is considering that the number of unvaccinated patients appears to be over-represented in the figures—7.3 percent of the NSW population aged 12 and over at the time were unvaccinated, but they made up half of the COVID-19 ICU patients in the NSW Health system. At present Australia does not permit alternative treatment approaches utilised and available in other countries, such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.
According to NSW Health, 95.1 percent of people aged 16 and over have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and 93.7 percent have received two doses as of Jan. 11.
The rise in the proportion of hospitalisations amongst the fully vaccinated comes both amid the spread of the Omicron variant of the CCP virus in Australia, along with the loss in the efficacy of the available COVID-19 vaccines.
A spokesperson for NSW Health told The Epoch Times on Jan. 11 that Omicron had supplanted Delta as the primary variant spreading in NSW, but that it also appeared to be less dangerous than its predecessor.
“The Omicron variant is associated with a lower rate of hospitalisation and ICU admission,” the spokesperson said.
While the state recorded 32,155 cases of the virus on Jan. 9, 2,030 were hospitalised, and only 159 had been sent to ICU. As of Jan. 12, the total number of cases has jumped to 53,909, with 2,242 hospitalised and 175 in ICU.
“NSW Health urges the community to continue to practise COVID-safe behaviours to keep themselves and the community safe, including wearing a mask indoors, maintaining physical distancing, and practising hand hygiene.”
The spokesperson also reminded those eligible to receive their third booster dose of an available COVID-19 vaccine—which can now be done four months after receiving the second dose—to raise the effectiveness of immunity granted by the vaccine.
“We continue to encourage everyone who has not yet done so to get vaccinated and anyone who is now eligible for their booster dose to get it without delay. The COVID-19 vaccines available in Australia are safe and very effective at reducing the risk of serious illness and death.”
In the United States, it has been reported that 2 out of the three available COVID-19 vaccines dropped below 50 percent efficacy after six months, according to a study published in November 2021.
To combat this, NSW has mandated booster shots for all education staff, joining other states that have implemented vaccine booster requirements.
NSW is also currently working to better understand the effects of the new COVID-19 variants.
“NSW Health is prioritising the whole genome sequencing of COVID-19 for patients in ICU in order to better understand the impact of both the Delta and Omicron variants,” the spokesperson said.

One need only use the government statistics on vaccinations to come very easily to the conclusion, the patients in hospitals suffering from Covid/Variants are the vaccinated, 90%+ vaccinated leaves less than 10% un-vaccinated, so the reality is clear.

What is not being revealed, are the numbers of adverse reactions including deaths caused directly by the vaccinations, in this little town with a claimed vaccination rate of over 90%, the numbers off work due to post jab illnesses, the numbers flown out by the Flying Doctor, the numbers still able to work however quite ill and soldier on, and the upsurge in deaths is inescapable, the health authorities cannot hide what can be seen within small communities, much easier to do so in heavily populated areas.

And yet Pete there are many out there that will not even get into a discussion re those points; Many out there do nothing but blindly believe the establishment, no matter what!

BTW hahaha our Duck must be getting very frazzled now. I wonder what her spin doctors are now telling her on what to say and do next.
Our new CHO is really a breath of fresh air. (there would have to be big friction between him and the Duck behind the scene)
I wonder what Qld would be like now if we had him instead of that foolish woman. He has had 30 odd years of real serious experience whereas she had almost no experience except “pen pushing”.

IMHO Young and Palaszczuk were working hand in glove to keep Palaszczuk in power with NO regard to Queenslanders in general. It worked! Palaszczuk got re-elected and Young got rewarded with the plum job!!
(Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM is the 27th Governor of Queensland)

What is so bad and sad is that we in Qld are stuck with Palaszczuk and her group of Incompetents for a long while yet. There are a few acceptable ones and also some complete duds. The complete duds outnumber the acceptable ones by at least 2 country miles! Check em out here::

I just read John’s comment and he really is on the right track! good one John.

So have I got this right?. Some 95% of people are in group A and 5% of people are in Group B and I am not making any judgements on either group. But ICU admissions are within cooee of each other, about 50% each. Doesn`t this argue that some risk factor in group B is predisposing them to hospitalisation?.
I don`t give a damn whether folk vax or not, their choice and their choice of consequences alone, certainly not any damn govts but this daily reading of the statistical chicken guts looking for omens or onus for whatever faith you follow is fatuous.
The whole bloody thing is boring me witless.
Can`t we just have, oh well something titillating, some plain old baseless sex scandal?. Albo is a closet cross dresser (eachway?) , Scomo,s smug leering putting old Ladies in fear of moral danger or Bandt has taken up necrophilia. After all, there are enough walking dead in the greens.
    Bring back the Daily Mirror!.

….and all these costs came with no warranty for what was supposed to work!
Indemnity needs to be tested in the highest courts.

The omicron variant “appears to be less dangerous than its predecessor” says this anonymous Health guru. Must not reassure the sheeple but keep the fear campaign going. Less dangerous than the flu is what I’ve been reading from many sources, but never from the ABC and Age. Many don’t know they are positive because they are not sick. Rinse and repeat.
    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10358361/Omicron-nearly-100-TIMES-deadly-seasonal-flu-scientists-believe.html.
Vaccines not working, booster ineffective after 10 weeks – god knows the overload on your immune system, let alone the catastrophic side effects for some , comorbidities of hospital patients deliberately unpublished, and direct answers to direct questions to decision makers, never answered. What a dangerous shambles.

I have repeatadly said that the vaccines don’t work. The proof in the pudding??

I await with abated breath for DT’s take on this.

Give him a miss, just more hectoring, lecturing, same old.

  • Santa 14/01/2022, 9:59 am

Oh the irony. My life as I knew it is over, come 1st February in WA. I’m unvaccinated, so not allowed to go anywhere. No cafes, no bottle shops – nothing. Apparently, according to Adolf …, oops my mistake, Mark McGowan, our great and wise leader, I am a risk to myself and to the vaccinated. Go figure.

    • Pensioner Pete 14/01/2022, 10:03 am

Santa: I am led to believe the un-vaccinated cannot attend a public or private hospital either, I wonder how those on dialysis will fare, particularly when someone with this condition cannot be vaccinated as it leads to certain death?

      • Muphin 14/01/2022, 10:09 am

        PP,
I had an appointment to see specialist at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital which was unable to keep, the guard at the door would not let me in until I could prove my vax situation. Or I had to be close to death.

      • Pensioner Pete 14/01/2022, 10:17 am

Muphin: So much for the medicare levy you and we have paid during our working lives, and the taxes we continue to pay.

This is an act of pure bastardy by governments, both federal and state. Mr Hawaii could step up and open his gob to condemn these acts against Australians by the state Premiers, yet he, by his silence, is complicit, I trust he gets his long overdue comeuppance May this year and is tossed out on his ear to become the political feather duster he deserves to be.

This link is a decent read about whistle-blowing health workers and backs up what the majority of us here on MM believe.

The very bottom line is still the body count and a short way up from the bottom is the supposed paucity in numbers of those with colds or influenza making one wonder some more about creative accounting, book cooking, etc.

    • Neville 14/01/2022, 8:25 pm

      True, Bots.
Also, I think I saw somewhere that 2020 and 2021 so pretty much NO deaths at all from normal flu – does anyone know where to find the correct info about this?

  • Denden 14/01/2022, 12:15 pm

Life insurance companies in America and India are reporting an unexplained 40% rise in deaths for 3rd and 4th quarters 2021, a 12 sigma once in 2,800 year event.
    https://insurance-forums.com/life-insurance/oneamerica-ceo-says-death-rates-among-working-age-people-up-40/

    • luk1955 14/01/2022, 1:48 pm

OneAmerica is on insurance row in Indianapolis. A short stretch of the main north to south road called Meridian St. They are within visual range of lots of other insurance companies. Anyway, this is only the start. The vaccines will take 4-5 years for full effect. If the depopulation tool worked at the start, there would be millions of deaths that could not be covered up. If the deaths happen over a few years, the deaths will be less easily linked to the depop shot. I wonder if the insurance companies require the stab, as most of their employees are in the 18-65 age group.

I urge every one to look at the latest highwire program with Dell Bigtree, to make them feel better and see how common sence and truth is winning the war against the propaganda, and sooner or later the penny will drop out here, it’s just that our experts are quite a bit more stupid/and or paid more by gates and co, then the ones in other countries.
