Hanson may sue QLD government—sign up!

22.05.20. One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has called for affected Queensland businesses to join her to “start proceedings against the state government” labelling the Premier’s border closures “unconstitutional”. It comes as Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk deferred to her Chief Medical Officer Dr Jeannette Young when justifying why her state may not reopen its borders until September Ms Hanson told Sky News host Paul Murray she has sought advice as to the legality under Section 92 of the Australian Constitution of Queensland’s harsh border closures. The Constitution recognises “trade, commerce, and intercourse among the states, whether by means of internal carriage or ocean navigation, shall be absolutely free”. Ms Hanson said the decision made by Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk was a “political move”. “When I see my state in dire straits, you’ve got communities that are dying, and we need the tourists from down south … (so) I want to take her on”.

We can always rely on Pauline Hanson to step up and defend Queensland and Australia, a trait sorely lacking in so many of our politicians.

I trust this action evolves over the next number of months leading into the Queensland State elections 31 October, as the criminality of the Queensland Labor government will be laid bare for all to see, then perhaps the electors will provide the punishment Labor needs at the polling booth with an aim to demolish the Queensland Labor Party once and for all time.

Unfortunately, the opposition party, the LNP are very much lacking thus the favoured outcome for the election is the minor parties holding the balance of power, the likes of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, the Fishers Shooters and Farmers Party, and the Katter Party wielding the baton of power in Queensland for the next four years.

Yr right on the money PP and I have always maintained that it wasn’t constitutional to close a State Border, at least I thought that because way back a bloke called Andrew Barton took on the Federal Government under section 92 of the constitution about the two airline policy and even started up an airline called “Jet Air” and State Borders came into the equation somewhere and skin and hair flew because I think that Barton beat the Government. The airline folded but not from want of trying because the Government would not allow Jet Air to import airline aeroplanes to compete with TAA and Ansett. That policy still existed in the 80’s and in East West Airlines although we could operate airline type aeroplanes over country routes we couldn’t operate direct flights on say the Sydney Melbourne route and we had to land at Albury, taxi back, and take off again, ditto Sydney Brisbane for we had to land at the Gold Coast. The problem is that we ordinary people are powerless because the Govt. in this case the Qld. govt. has the muscle and the accoutrements hanging on the belts of the coppers are in plain view so we are left with the ballot box every few years and then exchange one bunch of crooks for another bunch.

Pauline Hanson – a politician with a sense of proportion that gives a damn. I’m in Vic but she has my support to take these half wit restrictions on and challenge their validity. The other Nutter to give an eviction ticket after QLD is Vic Premier Andrew’s.

Andrews will win next election. He has too many supporters in the terrorists and chinks who now comprise a significant percentage of Victoria’s population. Or who can be registered to vote even if they are not allowed to vote. When has that ever stopped the labor party from stabbing Victorians in the back and even the front? And the western suburbs of Melbourne will all vote labor. And wonder why they don’t get their share of money to spread around. And why they are stuck economically while the eastern suburbs thrive and get most of the government loot.

Dismally Luk you are right. If you look at election results over the years there is almost always only 3-5% in it. Even with “massive swings”. The Left flooding the country with economic refugees( well, anyone really) from asia, africa or anywhere they can source them is not about care for the refugees but locking in their voting base. Ask Victoria`s african gangs how many vote conservative. Yes, comrade andrews is in like Xin.

During the Keating Federal Labor Government terms the PM was approached by a number of his Cabinet Ministers, according to the book written by Peter Walsh, Confessions Of A Failed Finance Minister.

The Cabinet Ministers complained to the PM about the abuse of immigration to allow undesirable migrants to settle here, people who in their opinion would not assimilate and would cause social problems.

Noting that PM Keating during that period overturned an ASIO and Immigration deportation order against Sheik Hilaly, an Egyptian who was a person of interest to the Government of Egypt. He became the leader of the Lakemba Mosque in Sydney.

Keating apparently acknowledged his Minister’s concerns but told them the migrants were being recruited (media called it ethnic branch stacking at the time) at a time when falling Union and Labor Branch membership was in decline because Labor needed them.

DT: Keating really was a piece of work, his ‘level playing field’ comment about trade should never be forgotten, nor his ‘banana republic’ comment whilst the interest rates went through the stratosphere, the floating of the dollar, and all else he did which essentially laid the foundations for the complete demise of Australian industry and manufacturing.

He made Whitlam look like an amateur in the demolition of Australia as we once fondly knew it to be.

Seems so, she is the only one prepared to step up to the crease and passionately bat for Australia.
