Forced vaccination and masks opposition grows in US

22.10.21.  Nearly 1,900 Washington state workers were fired or quit over the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, officials said Tuesday. Before the mandate led to resignations and terminations, the state had approximately 63,291 workers. About 3 percent, or 1,887, left their jobs or were fired as of Oct. 18 due to the mandate, the state’s Office of Financial Management said.
In Australia Australia’s supermarket giants Woolworths and Coles will make the Covid-19 vaccine mandatory for staff whether they are on the check-outs, in office jobs or distribution centres, as German budget retailer Aldi flags it is likely to do the same. Woolworths’ 170,000 workers and tens of thousands of Coles employees across Victoria, NSW and the ACT will face a mandatory vaccine policy.
Meanwhile the the Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Oct. 21 called for a special legislative session to consider bills countering vaccine and mask mandates. The move follows a series of CCP virus vaccine mandates imposed by the administration of President Joe Biden. This does not sit well with the Florida Governor, and he has “had enough” of federal interference into state business, Christina Punshaw, Press Secretary told the Epoch Times.

Florida Governor Calls for Special Session to Counter Vaccine and Mask Mandates

The legislative proposals include the provision of reemployment assistance to people who are fired due to failure to comply with an employer’s vaccine mandate. Under another proposal, Floridians who have an adverse reaction to a vaccine would be eligible for workers’ compensation.
Employers who fire workers solely based on the vaccine mandate would be prohibited from enforcing non-compete agreements against the employees, according to another proposal. Another provision would require employers to provide and religious and health exemptions to vaccine mandates. Meanwhile, companies that fail to notify employees about the exemptions would be liable to lawsuits by fired employees.
President Joe Biden last month ordered the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to create a rule to require all private employers with 100 or more employees to mandate vaccines or require them to submit to weekly COVID-19 testing. The rule could affect nearly 80 million workers according to administration officials. Businesses could face fines up to $14,000 per violation.
Although the rule is not yet in effect, a large number of private companies have mandated vaccines for their employees in anticipation of the rule.
According to Charlotte County attorney Charles Heekin, the Florida legislature could tackle the vaccine mandate issue by building on the right-to-work protection in Florida’s Constitution.
Florida is an at-will employment state. Employers can fire, demote, hire, promote and discipline employees for almost any reason, or no reason at all. As a result, the strongest recourse for private company vaccine mandates is through legislative action.
In April, DeSantis signed an executive order banning vaccine passports in the Sunshine State. In May, he signed a bill into law codifying the ban. The law (pdf) prohibits businesses from requiring customers to prove their vaccination status. It also prohibits government entities in Florida from issuing such documents.
“In Florida, your personal choice regarding vaccinations will be protected and no business or government entity will be able to deny you services based on your decision,” DeSantis said in May before he signed the bill into law.
Republicans in Texas, Wyoming, and Nebraska are considering statewide laws against vaccine mandates.
A special session in Texas wrapped up without a vote on a bill countering the vaccine mandate backed by Gov. Greg Abbott (R).
Lawmakers in Wyoming will hold a special session next week to consider bills to counter vaccine mandates.
In Nebraska, Republicans need more votes to trigger a special session to consider similar bills. In a news release, the senators say there is a “growing concern that employers will require their employees to choose between their jobs or being vaccinated without regard to their good faith personal objections.”

Where is the RSL? Many thousands of diggers died for our freedom only to be taken away at the whim of politician.

We lepers, segregated, medical apartheit and second class citizens (the unvaccinated) are at the mercy of the vaccinated and ruling class. We are being compelled to vaccinate or be punished.

When I fill the tank at the petrol bowser, pay a phone bill, electricty bill, council rate, supermarket ETC. I always paying in cash. Will these organisations allow me on to premises to pay the bill??? I doubt it.

The dismissed, placed on unpaid leave, will Centre Link allow them them to enter the building to lodge a claim for benefits?? I doubt it.

Section 10(c) of the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 states that a person must not be “subjected to medical or scientific experimentation or treatment without his or her full, free and informed consent.” If the Victorian government has mandated it for many authorised workers, who need their jobs, then it is coercion. It is unconscionable. And it is discrimination.
Sec 51.23.A of the Federal Constitution prohibits forced medical conscription. The health and well being acts of the states prevents force being used to accomplish the state of well being.
The fear campaign run by the dictators has been enormously successful. Never again will a vaccine maker have to test vaccines for usefulness and safety. A legal precedent has now been set.
Mandates have no standing in law. Your medical relationship with your doctor is solely between you and your doctor. This relationship cannot be intervened in by a third party.

These politicians are so keen to express their will on the people that they need to do two things, together.

    1. Declare and enforce a mandate on the population to be vaccinated.
    2. Personally take full responsibility for their decision.

If a person has full immunity from prosecution, they probably be honest for the first week. After a while, that new Ferrari is deemed to be theirs, then the beach side penthouse comes into their possession and eventually they move on to eliminating an opposer or two.

What deeds would you commit if you knew that you could never be challenged? Does it have ‘cide in the word?

Malcolm Roberts has recently submitted a detailed analysis of the devastating FLU situation to the SCOMO. This is available on his website.

Riccardo Bosi with his AustraliaOne has policy and thrust which, if successful, could put Australia back on track.

The UAP is gathering quality folk. And has some funding.

George Christensen is gathering useful ideas from like minded followers, including me, to stop the jab-pandemic.

There are many other leaders/future leader out there of similar ilk such as: Mark Latham, Cori Bernardi, Graham Hood etc.

    Here is another: https://www.bitchute.com/video/kOgMKyRm6M7l/

Now if only all these could get together under one umbrella ! I can imagine they will probably prefer to remain individual but that is problematic. “United we stand divided we fall”.

    How about: “Australian Freedom Coalition”

    • Pensioner Pete 22/10/2021, 6:41 am

It would be a major step forward should the minors as you mentioned, formed a sort of loose coalition in agreement to work together to toss out the majors and restructure the electoral act to ensure a fair go for political parties and independents.

      • Lorraine 22/10/2021, 8:51 am

PP it would be a dream come true,,, the next election we must have change . Team red and Team blue are on the nose….quality Independents are our hope.

    • Ozman 22/10/2021, 12:23 pm

Spoke to Australian One and asked the same question about everyone coming under the one umbrella. There reason for not doing so is “enforcement of child worker clearance is not mandatory for other parties.”

      No pedophiles = no blackmail.

      • PaulM 22/10/2021, 12:33 pm

        Thanks Ozman
Maybe other parties could make it mandatory.

If reports coming out of the US are to be believed, the numbers resisting the vaxx shot are far higher than the MSM would have us believe. One third of the Chicago Police Force face the sack for refusing to get the shot and South West Airlines have backed down on mandating that all staff get the shot because so many pilots and cabin crew refused to comply, they were unable to crew flights.

Nurses have rung in to talkback radio stations in the US saying that large numbers of medical staff at hospitals around the US are refusing the jab after seeing the number of people admitted to their hospitals suffering adverse reactions to the jab.

    • Pensioner Pete 22/10/2021, 8:26 am

This is a key statement you make Cliff, “medical staff at hospitals around the US are refusing the jab after seeing the number of people admitted to their hospitals suffering adverse reactions to the jab.”

Similar here in the sticks, there is one small business where I know one of the employees, and out of eight employees, remains fit and well whilst jab free, the other seven employees are crook as can be, post jabs, only two able to work yesterday (one jabbed on not jabbed), the other six including the owners/managers off work very ill, the wife in hospital on a drip and whatnot because she cannot eat or swallow.

The government and the MSM have much to answer for over this failure to report fully on adverse side effects post jabs.

      • Lorraine 22/10/2021, 8:55 am

I watch Sky news , they have promoted the jab on every program, I wonder how come none of them have side effects as yet….many of them have taken a week off and we have had fill ins galore, but not one has claimed to be ill because of the jab.

  • Botswana O'Hooligan 22/10/2021, 8:37 am

Wrote two days ago of an old lady with dementia and a broken hip from a fall not being allowed into a nursing home until she was vaccinated. Her husband folded, she had the vaccine, he isn’t allowed to see her now because she has developed “complications” and will probably shuffle off sooner rather than later. In another saner age that could be construed as homicide but of course the manufacturing people and the medical people have been indemnified from legal action by the morrison government.

    • Lorraine 22/10/2021, 9:00 am

That is the sickening part ,State and Federal Governments have created laws with out a mandate to do so. Human rights are abused , by Chief Medical O.s themselves untrained in Virus’s….

    • luk1955 22/10/2021, 4:13 pm

The nursing home management have no legal indemnity. And since the stab was conducted without free, informed, and coercion free consent, the stab is illegal and unlawful. This is a violation of Section 10(c) of the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006.

  • Guy Fox 22/10/2021, 9:00 am

If a business insists on you being vaxxed, come back at 0 dark 30 and burn it down. Vax mandates will vanish pdq

    • Pensioner Pete 22/10/2021, 10:31 am

GF: If the government and business do not back off on the mandated jab for job plus the mandated jab for anything at all including shopping for food, then I suspect what you say will come to be, as the people are becoming mightily pissed off at the loss of freedoms and the loss of the right to work.

I believe we are now on the cusp of some serious civil disobedience unless a change of tack is implemented right now.

      • wal1957 22/10/2021, 11:08 am

        You are correct PP.
I am surprised that a bankrupt business owner or such hasn’t gone off the deep end and taken it to that level. If you are squeezed into a corner with no possible exit what options are left? You may as well go down fighting and take some of the b@$tards with you.

      • PaulM 22/10/2021, 12:39 pm

Do they want rebellion so they can play with their new toys?

    27th September

Can COVID vaccinations be mandated by employers on health and safety grounds?

[130] The short answer to this question, in almost every case, is NO.

[162] The authors and first signatories to the GB Declaration were Dr. Martin Kulldorff, professor of medicine at Harvard University, a biostatistician, and epidemiologist with expertise in detecting and monitoring infectious disease outbreaks and vaccine safety evaluations, Dr. Sunetra Gupta, professor at Oxford University, an epidemiologist with expertise in immunology, vaccine development, and mathematical modelling of infectious diseases, and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, professor at Stanford University Medical School, a physician, epidemiologist, health economist, and public health policy expert focusing on infectious diseases and vulnerable populations.

[163] The qualifications held by the list of 44 co-signatories to the GB Declaration is impressive 32, and since the GB Declaration was first made, over 860,000 scientists and health professionals have signed the GB Declaration.

[180] The statements by politicians that those who are not vaccinated are a threat to public health and should be “locked out of society” and denied the ability to work are not measures to protect public health. They are not about public health and not justified because they do not address the actual risk of COVID. These measures can only be about punishing those who choose not to be vaccinated. If the purpose of the PHOs is genuinely to reduce the spread of COVID, there is no basis for locking out people who do not have COVID, which is easily established by a rapid antigen test. Conversely, a vaccinated person who contracts COVID should be required to isolate until such time as they have recovered.

[181] Blanket rules, such as mandating vaccinations for everyone across a whole profession or industry regardless of the actual risk, fail the tests of proportionality, necessity and reasonableness. It is more than the absolute minimum necessary to combat the crisis and cannot be justified on health grounds. It is a lazy and fundamentally flawed approach to risk management and should be soundly rejected by courts when challenged.

[182] All Australians should VIGOROUSLY OPPOSE the introduction of a system of medical apartheid and segregation in Australia. It is an abhorrent concept and is morally and ethically wrong, and the anthesis of our democratic way of life and everything we value.

[183] Australians should also VIGOROUSLY OPPOSE the ongoing censorship of any views that question the current policies regarding COVID. Science is no longer science if it a person is not allowed to question it.

[184] Finally, all Australians, including those who hold or are suspected of holding “anti-vaccination sentiments”, are entitled to the protection of our laws, including the protections afforded by the Fair Work Act. In this regard, one can only hope that the Majority Decision is recognised as an anomaly and not followed by others.

The full decision can be read at the following link:

That was a very good read Ozman. In short, there is no need for mandates as there really is no public health emergency.
